In 2022, Lalique implemented Quable PIM to centralize product data and accelerate omnichannel product referencing for its luxury and home lines in France and internationally. The deployment used Quable PIM as the Product Information Management platform to consolidate catalogs and standardize attribute models across product families.
The implementation covered core Product Information Management capabilities including centralized product master data, attribute and taxonomy management, and content enrichment workflows to speed referencing and improve data control. Configuration emphasized channel-ready product records and workflow automation for product onboarding and publishing.
The project integrated Quable PIM with multiple Shopify stores using the Quable → Shopify connector to manage storefront catalogs and coordinated publishing across markets. Numendo served as the implementation partner, overseeing connector setup, data mapping and operational handoff to internal teams.
Governance shifted to a centralized product data ownership model and the rollout included operational handoff to merchandising and e commerce teams. The vendor case study reports faster referencing, greater data control and reallocation of one FTE to other tasks following the Quable PIM implementation.
