Implementation work focused on customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central through development of Pages, Tables, Code Units, and Reports, plus designing report layouts to meet functional requirements. The team managed version upgrades and executed migrations of on-premises Microsoft Dynamics NAV solutions into the Business Central online environment, while extending functionality through selected add-on solutions.
Operational architecture emphasized a cloud-first Business Central online topology, requiring conversion of on-premises solution artifacts to cloud-compatible formats and ongoing upgrade governance. Power BI report development was included to augment Business Central reporting and visualization capabilities and to provide integrated business insights.
Governance and process changes centered on an ERP Technical Consultant model responsible for configuring workflows, maintaining the application, and ensuring the ERP aligns with business and functional requirements. Change control encompassed version management, release planning for online updates, and client-facing solution customization to support Ledgent’s professional services financial processes.
