Operational coverage included mortgage operations teams, customer service desks and compliance functions, with the solution operating across the United Kingdom to support mortgage processing workflows after go-live. Leeds Building Society reported that Arena Group Mstore reduced application processing time by approximately 23 percent and improved mail-to-desk throughput, while enabling large-scale historical file upload into the document repository.
