SAP Business Suite was configured to cover core commercial and customer-facing capabilities, explicitly including Customer Acquisition workflows, Pricing configuration, Customer Service case handling, Bonus and Refunds processing, an E-Commerce WebPortal, Loyalty and Promotions management, Electronic Value products processing, and integrated Marketing and Customer Relation Management. The configuration emphasized transaction and master data alignment consistent with ERP Financial controls and invoicing flows.
The program worked together with an external implementation partner to develop, test, and implement the SAP Business Suite solution, organizing cross-country testing cycles and validating e-commerce and CRM touchpoints. Operational coverage focused on Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, E-Commerce, Loyalty, and Finance teams across the specified European markets BE/NL/DE/A/CH.
