The college maintained Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and Microsoft Management Reporter as the finance and reporting applications administered alongside Ellucian PowerCampus, with data pipelines and scheduled ETL processes supporting cross-application data movement. Operational governance emphasized system administration, upgrades, integration testing, and user support, with the Senior Applications Administrator responsible for ongoing configuration management and change control. Rollout activities documented included the payment and payment plan deployments within Ellucian PowerCampus and SelfService, and routine integration testing for CRM, bookstore, and financial aid interfaces to maintain Student Information integrity.
