CGM LABDAQ was configured with instrument interfaces and portal connectivity developed and supported by CompuGroup Medical, enabling automated data ingestion from analyzers and electronic result distribution to clinician portals. Functional capabilities implemented included laboratory information system order management, specimen tracking, result reporting, and workflow orchestration tuned for high daily volumes and rapid production ramp-up. Integrations emphasized analyzer instrument interfaces and portal connectivity to streamline automated data flow between testing instruments and external result consumers, supporting end to end lab operations across testing, logistics and result delivery. CompuGroup Medical provided interface development and operational support during the production ramp-up and go-live process, enabling rapid scale of daily testing volumes. The lab went live with COVID-19 testing on March 19, 2020 and achieved rapid turnaround with most results delivered within 24 to 72 hours while sustaining very high daily throughput through the enhanced interfaces and portal connectivity. This implementation positions CGM LABDAQ as the Laboratory Management platform underpinning Lenco Diagnostic Laboratories COVID-19 testing operations.
