SAP ERP ECC 6.0 was integrated operationally with SAP SRM to deliver end-to-end procure-to-pay workflows, supplier master management, purchase order processing, and invoice capture and verification. Operational coverage emphasized national payroll handoffs and time collection across the named countries, with scope spanning both corporate and manufacturing HR functions.
Governance and adoption work included creation of process guides, Shared Service Centre user guides and end user instructions, and structured test script documentation to support the Shared Service Centre support team. The program centered on establishing repeatable support workflows and operational handoffs between local HR stakeholders and the centralized Shared Service Centre in Gdansk Poland.
