AbsenceSoft Legacy AbsenceSoft Absence and Leave Management HCM n/a 2020 2020
In 2020, Lewis Services implemented AbsenceSoft as its Absence and Leave Management solution to centralize leave intake and case tracking. The deployment supports HR leave administration across the company's US operations and is actively used at the Lewis Tree Service West Henrietta, NY site. AbsenceSoft is configured to process employee leave requests and manage FMLA packet completion, with operational use focused on case creation, documentation, and status tracking. The leave administrator processes requests through AbsenceSoft, and operational activities include entering PTO time and leave records into UKG, and maintaining FMLA documentation in the AbsenceSoft case files. Governance and workflow were operationalized through a dedicated Leave Administrator role based in West Henrietta, NY, active March 2022 to present, who conducts phone interviews with employees to collect date last worked, anticipated return date, and next doctor appointment. Lewis Services uses AbsenceSoft for Absence and Leave Management to support HR, benefits, and payroll coordination, with the leave administrator bridging AbsenceSoft case management and timekeeping entries in UKG.

Oracle Legacy Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Fixed Assets Enterprise Asset Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2015 2016
In 2015, Lewis Services initiated implementation of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Fixed Assets as part of a company-wide JD Edwards program. The deployment targeted Enterprise Asset Management capabilities to consolidate asset and fleet maintenance for its vegetation management operations across North America. The implementation included primary modules: Financial Management GL, AR and AP, Fixed Assets and Fleet Management, Expense Management, Project Costing and Contract Management, Procurement, Human Resources Canada, and Canadian Payroll. Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Fixed Assets was configured alongside these modules to centralize asset accounting and integrate job costing workflows. During the project the team pivoted to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 and, working with Terillium, Lewis Services went live on May 2, 2016. The rollout planned a second phase to implement Human Resources US, US Payroll, Taleo, Health and Safety Incident Management, and mobile applications for field use, with mobile scope including time entry, health and safety, fleet management, service work orders and job cost updates. Operational impact spanned finance, project costing, fleet operations and HR for Canadian operations, enabling a centralized general ledger with integrated job costing and a streamlined billing process. Lewis Services also reported automation of manual processes and more efficient equipment maintenance, and used JD Edwards configuration flexibility to reduce manual intervention for customer specific engagement processes.
