SAP-CA and SAP-HR interfaces were implemented to align financial master data and payroll related postings, ensuring consistent master data flows between procurement, fulfillment and human resources processes. A global team was responsible for management and ongoing support of the QVC SAP landscape, executing application support, module ownership and cross functional coordination. Governance used SAP-GRC to define segregation of duties, access governance and audit workflows, while change control practices focused on staged configuration updates and controlled release into the finance, procurement and HR operating groups.
