Workday SAP ERP ECC 6.0 Workday Financial Management ERP Financial ERP n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, Lindenwood University implemented Workday Financial Management. The deployment targeted finance and project accounting functions as an ERP Financial application and replaced SAP ERP ECC 6.0 for core financial processes, with the Workday Program Manager overseeing HCM, Student, and Finance implementations within the program. The implementation configured Workday Projects alongside core financial modules, capturing full cycle project planning, budget maintenance, scheduling and resource management workflows in system configuration. Program-level controls included formalized risk assessment, issue resolution processes, a change control process, a designated training coordinator role and named support contact responsibilities. Data migration from SAP ERP ECC 6.0 moved financial ledgers and project data into Workday Financial Management, and operational coverage extended across the campus finance organization, the IT PMO and business analysis teams. The IT PMO built PMO standards and methodologies, instituted a project approval process and reviewed project statuses from portfolio managers as part of governance. Business analysis work included Workday business process workshops, requirements documentation and Visio process flows developed in collaboration with a solution architect. Test coordination established a testing strategy, authored test plans and scenarios, and executed system and user acceptance testing to validate configured financial and project accounting processes.

Workday Legacy Workday HCM Core HR HCM n/a 2015 2018
In 2015 Lindenwood University implemented Workday HCM as its Core HR application, launching a program that also encompassed Workday Student and Finance implementations under a centralized program management construct. The program was staffed with a Workday Program Manager responsible for full cycle project planning, budget maintenance, scheduling, resource management, risk assessment, and issue resolution across HCM, Student, and Finance streams. Workday HCM deployment focused on Core HR functional workflows typical of the category, including workforce lifecycle management, position and job structure configuration, business process framework automation, and security role configuration. The implementation effort included configuration governance and development of process flows in Visio, with the program manager and business analysts running Workday business process workshops and documenting requirements. The program worked in collaboration with implementation partners and a Solution Architect, coordinating cross functional stakeholders from HR, payroll, IT, and student services to align requirements and sequencing across parallel Workday projects. Integration planning and technical design work were coordinated through solution architecture sessions and detailed process documentation, while the program maintained schedule and resource alignment across the portfolio. Governance and operationalization were formalized through an IT PMO role that built PMO standards, methodologies, and a project approval process, and reviewed project statuses from Portfolio Managers. A change control process was established, with a named training coordinator and named support contact responsibilities, and a Test Coordinator developed the testing strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and conducted system and user acceptance testing for Workday HCM.

Accruent Legacy Accruent EMS Facility Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2020 2020
In 2020, Lindenwood University implemented Accruent EMS for Facility Management. The Accruent EMS instance is hosted in the EMS cloud at https://lindenwood.emscloudservice.com/web/, indicating a cloud hosted deployment of Accruent EMS tied to the university domain. The implementation targets campus facilities operations with capabilities typical of Facility Management, including work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, asset and inventory tracking, and space utilization workflows. The deployment supports facilities and campus operations teams through configured work order lifecycles, role based access control, and service request routing that align operational processes with Facility Management practices.
