Operational integrations and coverage centered on tight coordination with the MiCo Milano Convention Center and the onsite DMC MiCodmc, alongside orchestration with international airports, hotel accommodations and local transport providers to manage arrivals, departures and transfers. The deployment managed operational scope that included more than 15,000 parade participants, processing over 20,000 visa requests, and coordinating the transfer of more than 85,000 people across multiple international touchpoints within the Event Management program.
