In 2015 Liquidity Services deployed Oracle Cloud HCM to centralize the companys Core HR operations. Oracle Cloud HCM served as the primary enterprise Core HR application supporting compensation, benefits administration, and HR administration workflows.
Configuration and functional deployment focused on Core HR master data, compensation management workflows, and benefits administration. The implementation included completed salary surveys and the creation and administration of a year end compensation cycle, with Oracle Cloud HCM configured to capture compensation changes and approval routing consistent with the company process.
Operational responsibilities included vendor management and a managed RFP process to source benefits and compensation vendors, activity that was executed to save the company money while ensuring employee satisfaction. The HR lead acted as the primary administrator and contact for a global benefits program and managed the Oracle HCM Cloud HR System as the primary HR point of contact, providing centralized governance for benefits enrollment and compensation cycles.
Governance and workflow restructuring established centralized approval paths and vendor oversight tied to the Oracle Cloud HCM instance, aligning compensation review, vendor contracting, and benefits administration under a single HR operational owner. The deployment positioned Oracle Cloud HCM as Liquidity Services Core HR system of record and the platform for ongoing compensation and benefits program administration.
