Linx Legacy Linx Financial ERP ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2012 2012
In 2012 Livraria Cultura implemented Linx Financial ERP as its ERP Financial system. The implementation was executed amid a broader technology program led by an IT leader who managed IT and Logistics teams of 65 and 220 people respectively, and it formed a core element of the companys finance and commerce modernization agenda. The Linx Financial ERP deployment concentrated on core financial capabilities typical for ERP Financial environments, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management and financial reporting. Configuration work emphasized automated posting and period close workflows, and the system was tuned to support retail transaction flows and reconciliation across commerce and logistics operations. The Linx Financial ERP was integrated into the companys commerce and operational landscape, connecting to the new eCommerce platform and other existing internal systems to centralize transactional finance data. That integration effort ran in parallel with the rollout of a new eCommerce platform and the introduction of the KOBO Digital eReader to Brazil, the latter being integrated with the eCommerce platform and the companys internal systems. Governance and operational controls were established through Deploy and Monitoring processes for the entire software and hardware fleet, creating ongoing release management and monitoring practices across IT and Logistics. Technology area transformation included staff engagement measures such as lectures and weekly events to drive adoption. The separate eCommerce initiative increased sales by more than 200 percent, while Linx Financial ERP provided centralized financial processing and reporting across retail, commerce and logistics functions.

Equifax Legacy Equifax Konduto Complete eCommerce Fraud Protection eCommerce n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Livraria Cultura deployed Equifax Konduto Complete on its website. The deployment positions Equifax Konduto Complete as the eCommerce Fraud Protection layer for real-time checkout risk assessment and order screening across Livraria Cultura's Brazil ecommerce operations, addressing online transaction flows for the retailer with 918 employees.
