Sensai Metrics was adopted in the context of Aplazo's acquisition of Sensai and aligns with LOB Mexico listing Aplazo as a checkout payment option on lob.com.mx.
The implementation centers on Sensai Metrics modules for marketing analytics, transaction and revenue analytics, cohort and basket analysis, merchant dashboards, attribution, and visualization for commerce KPIs. Configuration work focused on event ingestion, funnel instrumentation, dashboarding, and standardized KPIs to support ecommerce measurement and merchant level reporting.
Integration with Aplazo's commerce and buy now pay later payment flows is an explicit signal in the deployment, with transaction level events and payment authorization data surfaced into Sensai Metrics to support merchant reporting. Operational scope covers ecommerce, marketing, and finance teams across LOB Mexico, using Sensai Metrics to correlate payment behavior with campaign performance and customer cohorts.
