| Corcentric | Legacy | Corcentric Contract Lifecycle Management | Contract Lifecycle Management | Content Management | n/a | 2023 | 2023 | In 2023, Loghaus implemented Corcentric Contract Lifecycle Management as its Contract Lifecycle Management platform. The deployment was scoped to support contract creation, approval and post-execution obligations for Loghaus, a Brazil based professional services firm with approximately 600 employees, and was positioned to standardize contracting across legal, procurement and sales business functions. Corcentric Contract Lifecycle Management was configured to deliver a centralized contract repository, template driven authoring, clause library, automated approval routing and obligations tracking. The implementation emphasized workflow automation, role based access controls and audit trails to formalize contract lifecycles from drafting through renewal, and configurations were aligned to corporate compliance and record retention practices in Brazil. Governance changes introduced formal approval matrices, standardized templates and change control for contract language to centralize contract ownership and reduce manual handoffs. This CLM deployment followed a Centric PLM initiative, with Centric PLM reported to have reduced time to market by 33 percent six months after go live, which provides context for Loghauss broader application modernization efforts. |
