The implementation leveraged Xpand’s long standing Microsoft Dynamics NAV expertise to align onboarding master data and operational processes with NAV, enabling coordinated record alignment between onboarding activities and NAV entities. Xpand teams produced recommendations and solution options where complex process issues were expected, and execution included iterative configuration and validation cycles prior to live operations.
Governance for the rollout centered on vendor led solutioning and sustained deployment support, with Xpand remaining engaged with LogiQStar and its customers through deployment until the customers were live and satisfied.
