In 2018 LogiQStar deployed Xpand as its Onboarding application. The deployment established Xpand as the central Onboarding platform for streamlining new user and customer onboarding workflows within the professional services environment.
Xpand was configured to deliver structured onboarding workflows, task orchestration, document and training content sequencing, and role based access controls, reflecting standard Onboarding functional patterns. Configuration work emphasized automated handoffs between functional teams and structured checklists to ensure consistent onboarding execution and traceability of tasks and approvals.
The implementation leveraged Xpand’s long standing Microsoft Dynamics NAV expertise to align onboarding master data and operational processes with NAV, enabling coordinated record alignment between onboarding activities and NAV entities. Xpand teams produced recommendations and solution options where complex process issues were expected, and execution included iterative configuration and validation cycles prior to live operations.
Governance for the rollout centered on vendor led solutioning and sustained deployment support, with Xpand remaining engaged with LogiQStar and its customers through deployment until the customers were live and satisfied. The engagement emphasized solution recommendations, hands on support during cutover, and operational stabilization as primary governance activities.
