Governance and process restructuring emphasized standardized processes, fewer bespoke procedures to train staff on, and automation to unlock data silos for better decision-making. The Oracle Cloud ERP deployment enabled transparent budget monitoring and forecasting, reduced manual journal entries by 45 percent, consolidated indirect purchasing into a single system resulting in a 19 percent reduction in supplier count, and drove a 55 percent improvement in appraisal and performance reporting through Oracle Cloud HCM self-service features.
