Governance and rollout emphasized product management and Agile delivery, with the Product Manager reporting to the Head of Systems, collaborating with the Systems Delivery Manager and systems team to prioritize change, create business cases, and present required investment proposals to Senior Managers. The program focused on requirement prioritization, user centred design input, and distinguishing process data and system issues to steer incremental releases of Oracle Cloud ERP.
