The implementation included mapping approval workflows and credit checks into the ERP Financial configuration and framing BI reporting requirements tied to Order to Cash operations.
Operational coverage was directed at country finance and Order to Cash teams within the Group program, with explicit emphasis on preserving critical local process requirements while driving harmonization across national operations. The Supply Chain Program Manager also acted as Business Intelligence Champion, gathering needs from each country process to define standardized reports for country management and Group métier leaders.

Operationally the deployment gathered multiple HR processes into one system for L'Oréal Germany, making Benify Benefits the primary employee-facing benefits administration surface for the country organization and its approximately 2,500 employees. Benify worked with L'Oréal Germany to configure the My HR Rewards experience, mapping reward program content and self-service forms into the Benefits Administration platform to create individualized employee experiences.
Governance and rollout emphasized consolidation of reward program communications and centralized access to HR resources, with the benefits administration solution recognized externally when L'Oréal Germany won the European HR Excellence Award in Berlin one year after launch.
