The solution integrated with Facebook Live as the engagement channel and scaled to handle the reported chat volume, reflecting a cloud hosted conversational commerce architecture typical for Jumper.ai implementations. Governance and rollout were organized around a single large scale event, requiring mapped chat-to-order workflows and integrated moderation and order routing between marketing and commerce operations. Outcomes reported by the vendor include the chat volume, audience reach and the four times sales uplift for the duration of the Facebook Live festival.
