Operational coverage extended across order processing, billing, receivables, payables, inventory control and payroll, with governance focused on control systems and transaction processing policies for subsidiary accounting. The project included creation of journal entry and reconciliation procedures, bank reconciliation routines and routines to support debt payments and accurate ledger maintenance.
The deployment produced timely and complete financial statements and established performance benchmarks and key performance indicators to inform management decisions, supporting accurate accounting of business results.
