| TestDome | Legacy | TestDome Assessment | Talent Assessment | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 | In 2019, LuckyWare Pro implemented TestDome Assessment as a Talent Assessment solution to strengthen its developer hiring and candidate screening workflows. LuckyWare Pro used TestDome Assessment to introduce standardized pre-hire technical evaluations for applicants to software development and software tester roles, aligning the application, the Talent Assessment category, and recruiting business functions. The deployment emphasized TestDome Assessment pre-written tests and automated scoring, leveraging short, work-similar questions designed to measure code reading and debugging ability. Automated scoring and built-in candidate prioritization were configured to surface top performers without manual grading, enabling the hiring team to rank applicants before any in-person engagement. Operationally, TestDome Assessment was issued to all applicants by email as an early filter, with only the top four or five scorers invited to an in-office assessment and interview. This change reduced the Team Lead s time commitment for initial screening, moved the bulk of evaluation to a remote, asynchronous stage, and centralized technical screening within the recruiting workflow. The implementation produced explicit operational outcomes described by the company, TestDome Assessment filtered out 90 percent of applicants and drastically reduced the number of in-person tests and interviews required. The shift addressed a previously slow and expensive hiring process, preserving in-person testing for the most qualified candidates while preserving the hiring team s focus on final evaluation. |
