The solution was operated on Deepset Cloud as the vendor platform and focused on enterprise knowledge management workflows for internal IT and knowledge teams. Integrations were centered on centralizing internal documentation sources to feed Haystack based RAG pipelines, with observability and audit trails instrumented across pipelines to support operational monitoring and compliance reviews. Operational scope covered the Lufthansa Group in Germany and targeted enterprise knowledge access patterns rather than customer facing scenarios. Governance emphasized GDPR and ISO27001 aligned controls, role based access control, and audit logging to meet compliance requirements and to enforce access policies across knowledge workflows.
