Role-based workflow configuration and configurable rule engines were used to manage credit controls and prioritize collection activities while aligning AR workflow states with treasury and accounting processes. Maev had previously implemented Daasity to centralize its DTC subscription, marketing, and fulfillment data to diagnose and fix shipping-related operational problems in the United States, and that analytics work identified problematic shipping days and led to changes in scheduling and insurance policies which reduced re-shipments, improved margins, and enhanced customer experience. Insights from the Daasity engagement were used to inform exception handling and dispute rules in DAKCS Beyond ARM, aligning collections and customer service interactions with fulfillment and subscription operational realities.
