Operating procedures, testing scripts, and training materials were produced and updated to streamline user guidance and rollout of system changes. Change requests were processed using impact analysis and Level of Effort estimates prior to configuration or vendor work, aligning HR Avenue operation with established HR Operations and payroll coordination processes.
