Implementation integrated operational feeds from CAD/AVL and rider information with financial transaction flows and analytics, creating a consolidated reporting pipeline across transit and finance teams. Operational coverage included transit operations and county finance departments within the enterprise rollout. Governance and process changes centralized electronic reporting and reduced paper based reconciliation, with workflows restructured to move reporting and ledger reconciliation into Avail Finance. Outcomes reported as part of the rollout included faster access to real time reporting and streamlined operations.
