In 2010 Marc Glassman implemented Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise as its ERP Financial application. The deployment targeted corporate accounting and departmental finance workflows within the United States retail organization, supporting Advertising, Art, and central accounting teams responsible for vendor billing and store expense controls.
Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise was configured to manage core Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, petty cash administration, vendor invoicing, and expense payable accounts. Functional workflows reflected high volume accounts payable processing, including voucher and payment handling for legal, advertising, utility, capital, maintenance and repair expenses, and support for store level pricing inputs related to ad events and promotions.
Operational practices included spreadsheet driven reconciliation where staff used detailed Excel worksheets for distribution and monthly reporting to accounting, linking QuickBooks ledger entries to store and departmental distributions. Alongside QuickBooks operations, staff maintained an archive of all print ads for compliance with the legal department, and the application supported departmental reconciliation tasks such as employee uniform account and petty cash reconciliation.
Governance emphasized centralized AP procedures and deadline driven prioritization for expense processing, with Accounting receiving weekly and monthly reconciliations produced from Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise and supporting Excel artifacts. The implementation aligned company finance function with established ERP Financial controls and departmental expense workflows, embedding QuickBooks into daily accounts payable and receivable operations.

| ADP | Legacy | ADP Workforce Now | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014 Marc Glassman Inc implemented ADP Workforce Now as its Core HR system to centralize benefits and employee record workflows. The deployment supported benefits administration for roughly 1,900 insurance eligible employees and the broader active employee population of 6,000 where new coverage lines were introduced, establishing ADP Workforce Now as the operational hub for HR benefits activity.
ADP Workforce Now was configured to manage benefits enrollment and deduction mapping, including open enrollment processes, flexible spending account administration, and ACA 1095c preparation. The configuration encompassed administration of multiple benefit lines such as health, dental, vision, prescription drug, critical illness, accident insurance, Hyatt Legal Plan, and enterprise-level tobacco and preventive care programs, reflecting Core HR functional capabilities for enrollment workflows and benefits lifecycle management.
Operational use of ADP Workforce Now was coordinated alongside Kronos Time Keeping and Paycor Perform, with daily use of all three systems by HR staff for time, performance, and HR recordkeeping activities. The HR Benefits Manager acted as the primary system owner for benefits and payroll deduction inputs, managed quarterly open enrollment and routine employee inquiries, and handled leave administration for FMLA, military, and personal leaves along with short and long term disability case management.
Governance and operational workflows centered on a single HR Benefits Manager who maintained vendor billing and monthly payments for life, dental, vision, disability and supplemental policies, overseen workers compensation claims in a self-insured model in coordination with a third party administrator and legal counsel, and managed pre-employment drug screens and background checks. ADP Workforce Now was a central element of Core HR operations, supporting benefits configuration, enrollment orchestration, leave casework, and regulatory reporting within Marc Glassman Inc.
