Jardine Lloyd Thompson Australia selected and deployed Oracle Cloud ERP in 2020 to replace legacy on‑premise finance systems. Evosys served as the system integrator and executed a rapid 12‑week cloud migration, moving core ERP Financial functionality into Oracle Cloud.
The implementation emphasized financial consolidation and multi‑entity fiduciary recordkeeping to support multiple acquired entities and administered funds, standardizing core financials (general ledger, intercompany/multi‑entity accounting and accounts management) on the Oracle Cloud ERP platform. The rollout was structured as a cloud deployment and explicitly aligned Jardine Lloyd Thompson Australia’s finance applications with the Oracle Cloud applications used by its parent group, Marsh & McLennan Companies, to create a consistent financial platform across the Pacific operating footprint.

In 2009, Marsh McLennan implemented ADP PayForce to support its Payroll operations across Australia and New Zealand. The deployment served the in-house payroll function for the region, covering 1,250 employees in Australia and 250 employees in New Zealand with a gross payroll value of $170 million per annum.
The implementation centered on the PayForce national HRIS and payroll processing environment, configured for regional payroll runs, pay calculation, statutory reporting, and employee self-service workflows. ADP PayForce was also used to maintain an efficient ESS system for regional employees, and to administer national HRIS payroll controls and payroll manager workflows. Configuration work included mapping regional payroll rules and setting up automated pay cycles consistent with a Payroll category deployment.
Operational scope extended beyond Australia and New Zealand, with active investigations into alternative payroll provider options for Fiji and PNG and analysis on merging Marsh and Mercer Australia and New Zealand payrolls. The program included integration efforts to maintain regional employee master data in PeopleSoft Global, with systems and procedures developed to synchronize HRIS records between ADP PayForce and PeopleSoft Global. Governance activities focused on establishing regional payroll procedures, developing a Shared Service Centre model, and formalizing payroll manager responsibilities for the ANZ region.

In 2010, Jardine Lloyd Thompson Australia implemented Oracle Cloud PSA, deploying Oracle NetSuite PSA as its Professional Services Automation platform. The program targeted the firm’s consulting practice across Australia and went live in early 2011 across more than 20 offices, centralizing project financials and operational workflows under the Professional Services Automation application.
Oracle Cloud PSA implementation focused on core modules for project management, time and expense capture, resource management, and project accounting, leveraging NetSuite OpenAir capabilities to standardize schedule and cost tracking. Configuration emphasized cloud-based role and access controls, centralized project hierarchies, and automated time entry validation consistent with Professional Services Automation functional patterns.
The rollout covered consulting delivery, project accounting, and resource planning functions across the organization's Australian footprint, consolidating processes that had previously been managed in distributed Access and Excel files into a single cloud PSA platform. Operational coverage included consultant time capture and centralized project financial reporting, aligning delivery and finance workflows under the Professional Services Automation system.
Governance and rollout were executed as a phased, centralized cloud adoption with office-level adoption across more than 20 sites and a consolidated go-live in early 2011. Reported outcomes included improved visibility, an increase in productivity of about 20%, and annual personnel cost avoidance of about AUD200,000.
