NextChapter Legacy NextChapter MIM Customer Loyalty, Trade Promotion Management CRM n/a 2024 2024
In 2024, Mart Visser deployed NextChapter MIM as part of a broader adoption of NextChapter's unified commerce suite. The initiative targeted modernization of the retailer's B2C webshop and centralization of product and marketing content, using PIM and CMS integrations to synchronize catalogs and promotional assets. Mart Visser implemented NextChapter MIM to enable Customer Loyalty,Trade Promotion Management capabilities within a multi-module commerce architecture that also included PIM, OMS, and CMS components. NextChapter MIM was configured to support loyalty program lifecycle management and trade promotion workflows, using customer segmentation, promotion setup, coupon and voucher orchestration, and redemption validation tied to order events. Integration points ingested product master data from the PIM and published promotional content to the CMS, while the OMS supplied order and fulfillment signals for promotion eligibility and settlement. The implementation emphasized centralized promotion governance, campaign scheduling, and rule-based orchestration to deliver consistent offers on the B2C webshop. Operational coverage included e-commerce, marketing, merchandising, and operations teams, with the rollout anchored in the Netherlands to support international growth. Governance changes established centralized approval workflows for promotions and a single source of product and marketing content to reduce cross-team friction. NextChapter MIM, together with NextChapter's PIM, OMS, and CMS layers, provided the orchestration layer for omnichannel loyalty and trade promotion management aligned to Mart Visser's expansion objectives.
