The deployment targeted Maru’s UK-wide executive search and mid-senior level recruitment practice across HR, IT, Data and Transformation, aligning the full Hinterview platform with the firm’s talent pooling methodology. The implementation used the full Hinterview platform to capture candidate video profiles and to create outbound video touchpoints such as Hintro video messages, embedding those artifacts into recruiter workflows. Hinterview was configured to enable consultants to attach videos to candidate records, to record and send personalized video messages as part of follow up cadences, and to support shortlisting by making candidate communication skills and personality visible alongside CVs. Hinterview was integrated with Bullhorn to centralize video assets and activity data, with Bullhorn acting as the system of record for candidate profiles and reminders. The integration ensured videos and automated activity tracking live inside Bullhorn, and Maru used Bullhorn Analytics to benchmark video usage and to surface actionable insights that trigger business development or candidate engagement activities. Operational governance focused on structured follow up and process mapping, with consultants adding reminders in Bullhorn to send video touchpoints and with all activities tracked automatically so nothing is missed. As described by the firm, using Hinterview with Bullhorn saved recruiter time by keeping the database clean and organised, accelerated placements by forwarding higher quality candidates, and freed consultant capacity to redeploy into business development and relationship management. |
