The program ran from February 2015 to September 2015, Catamacro served as the system integrator, and the solution went live supporting 46 users focused on distribution sales operations in Italy. The implementation configured core CRM functional modules including sales force automation, contact and account management, opportunity and pipeline management, and multichannel order capture to support both field agents and online sales. Configuration emphasized agent management and opportunity workflows to improve response times and to increase cross sell and up sell opportunity capture as stated by the project sources. TeamSystem CRM in Cloud was integrated with Masidef s TeamSystem ERP and the company ecommerce platform, using integration work led by Catamacro to synchronize customer master and order data between systems. The integration created a single sales record and ensured ecommerce and field sales channels shared customer and sales interaction information for coordinated follow up and order handling across the organization. Rollout was executed as a phased program culminating in the September 2015 go live, with governance focused on centralizing sales processes and operational ownership within the sales organization. Outcomes explicitly reported include faster response times and greater ability to capture cross sell and up sell opportunities, with the cloud CRM supporting 46 named users across internal and external sales functions.
