Configuration work focused on end to end posting orchestration and requisition lifecycle controls, with HR administrators responsible for creating, approving, and tracking job requisitions inside PDS Vista HRMS. The implementation emphasized operational workflows for posting to external channels, and daily operational use included active administration of job postings and candidate sourcing through Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter while also distributing listings to general job boards and social networking sites. Governance and process responsibilities were concentrated in the talent acquisition team, which oversaw and administered the posting process from PDS Vista HRMS, enforcing posting standards and maintaining the link between requisition records and external sourcing channels. Integrations with job boards and recruiting platforms were operationalized to streamline outbound posting and inbound applicant visibility, positioning PDS Vista HRMS as the central Core HR tool for requisition publication and initial applicant sourcing.
