Governance and process changes formalized role level tasks and daily controls, including daily time card audits, assignment of new hire ADP numbers, section count changes, maintenance of security groups and schedules in the ADP portal, tracking PTO and vacation hours, and handling garnishment and public assistance earnings verification. These procedural controls aligned payroll and HR operational responsibilities around the ADP SmartCompliance application to ensure ongoing Payroll Tax Compliance across the company.
