Implementation included live POS transaction processing, eCommerce order orchestration, centralized inventory visibility, and automated tax reporting modules within Celerant Stratus Point Of Sale. Configuration synchronized online and in-store inventory to support same day fulfillment workflows and applied real time tax calculations during checkout.
Systems were integrated to operate POS, eCommerce, inventory, and tax processes in concert, creating a unified fulfillment and reporting chain across stores in the United States. Operational scope covered store level order capture, inventory allocation for Best Store Fulfillment, and finance and tax reporting workflows used by retail operations and accounting teams.
