In 2015, Mastermate implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV as its ERP Financial system. The program ran alongside a broader Microsoft Dynamics footprint referenced in project notes, which included Dynamic AX2012 implemented as the backbone for Mastermate HQ and its 34 branches across the Netherlands.

In 2020, Mastermate launched Solvisoft E-OPS CMS and went live in the Netherlands in July 2020 with a modern B2B webshop under the Content Management category. The deployment published approximately 42,000 articles online and served distribution catalog and ordering needs for Mastermate’s commercial channels.
Solvisoft E-OPS CMS was configured with OCI punchout support and an accountmanager module to enable both customer ERP-driven ordering and sales-assisted order entry. Azure Search was implemented for catalog indexing and product search, supporting category, attribute, and SKU-level retrieval typical of Content Management solutions.
Integrations centered on OCI connections to customer ERPs and the accountmanager capability to link sales users to customer accounts, enabling bidirectional order flows between buyer systems and the ecommerce front end. The case study documents module usage for accountmanager, OCI, and Azure Search as core operational components of the solution.
The go-live in July 2020 coincided with an increase in webshop adoption, with webshop orders representing about 10 percent of total orders and a reported approximately 30 percent growth in webshop customers, per the implementation case study. Governance details and rollout sequencing are documented in the vendor case study and focused on operationalizing OCI and accountmanager workflows across Mastermate’s Netherlands operations.
