In 2020, MAVEN Project implemented MemberSpace to provide Membership Management on its public website. MAVEN Project implemented MemberSpace as the primary membership provisioning and access control solution for the nonprofit, which operates in the United States with approximately 20 employees.
The MemberSpace deployment focuses on core membership workflows common to Membership Management, including member registration and account provisioning, tiered access controls for gated content, member profile management, and recurring billing configuration for paid memberships where applicable. The MemberSpace application was configured to surface a member portal and self-service account controls, aligning with standard membership lifecycle workflows such as signup, authentication, membership renewal, and access revocation.
Operationally the MemberSpace instance is embedded directly into the MAVEN Project website to gate pages and manage signups at the point of engagement. Administrative governance was established through MemberSpace administrative roles and approval workflows to centralize membership administration, and the implementation is positioned to support program and community engagement functions without additional external integrations reported.
