Governance emphasized iterative change control, training and post go live support, with a consultant-led program that handled user change requests, configuration adjustments and user education. Process artifacts included documented user requirements, solution roadmaps, functional specifications and test cases, with continued support and issue resolution after go live to stabilize Enterprise Asset Management processes.
