In 2016, MBO Partners implemented PurelyHR Time-Off to introduce employee self service absence workflows and formalize time off capture across the organization. The PurelyHR Time-Off deployment targeted Absence and Leave Management for the 300-person professional services firm and was provisioned to operate within the company’s ADP Workforce Now environment, with the implementation completed successfully.
The configuration focused on employee self service time off requests, manager approval routing, centralized absence recording, and policy-aligned accrual handling using PurelyHR Time-Off. Functional modules implemented included form-driven request entry, approval queues, HR visibility for recordkeeping, and audit-ready absence tracking to support consistent leave administration.
Integration work centered on embedding PurelyHR Time-Off within ADP Workforce Now to eliminate previously used paper based data collection and to ensure captured time off data flowed into HR operations. Rollout covered employees and HR operations, with governance established around approval workflows and standardized data capture to replace manual paper processes.
