Oracle Cloud ERP was integrated with multiple pillar applications and point solutions documented in the program, including CRM solutions such as Salesforce and iTWO, engineering and EPCI toolchains including Hexagon Suite, supply chain and construction systems SMAT and SPC, QHSES via Intelex, and finance adjacent systems including AuditBoard for audit, OneSource for tax and Quantum for treasury. The rollout included an Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne upgrade and integration path, and was executed alongside a cloud-first infrastructure approach, datacenter modernization and domain consolidation to support shared services.
Governance and delivery were managed by a centralized PMO using a tollgate lifecycle, supported by a Budget Management Office for program financial control and a Vendor Management Office for supplier selection and contracting.
