SWG’s QFM and P3rform were selected to manage the facilities management helpdesk, reactive and planned maintenance, security and PPP performance reporting as part of the new hospital O&M arrangements ahead of the Glen site move and opening in 2015. The implementation of Service Works Global QFM CMMS established centralized work-order management and standard workflows for reactive maintenance, scheduled preventive maintenance and helpdesk triage. Configuration emphasized maintenance scheduling, SLA and performance reporting capabilities, and P3rform was used to capture and report PPP performance metrics aligned to O&M contracts. This approach aligns with core Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) functional terminology, including asset maintenance scheduling, work-order lifecycle management and operational reporting. Operational coverage was focused on the MUHC Glen site, with the system instrumenting security-related workflows and linking maintenance activity to PPP payment mechanisms. Integrations were implemented to support integrated PPP payment mechanisms and contract performance reporting without naming external finance systems. The deployment supported cross functional use by facilities management, security operations and contract governance teams. Governance and rollout timed the QFM CMMS adoption to the Glen site move and opening in 2015, centralizing work-order intake and establishing standardized performance reporting across the site. The implementation supported streamlined performance reporting and integrated PPP payment handling during the transition to the new hospital operations model. |
