TOKN Legacy TOKN Timesheet Time and Attendance HCM n/a 2023 2023
In 2023 MDL Civil New Zealand implemented TOKN Timesheet, deploying TOKN’s Digital Timesheet+ and digital approvals to digitise contractor timesheeting. The May 2023 deployment targeted payroll and project finance processes and centrally addressed timesheet capture for remote site crews across New Zealand. TOKN Timesheet was configured to provide core Time and Attendance capabilities, including digital timesheet capture, approval workflows and job costing alignment. The implementation emphasized mobile BYOD support for site crews, enabling field entry and supervisor approvals as part of the timesheet and approval module set. The deployment integrated TOKN Timesheet with MYOB for payroll and job costing to create an end to end data flow from site timesheet entry through payroll and project finance reconciliations. Operational scope covered field crews, payroll and project finance teams and back office processing across New Zealand. Governance changes focused on digitally enforced approvals and reconciled job costing, delivering faster digitalisation, improved timesheet capture and end to end digital approvals that improved data quality and back office efficiency as reported by the customer.
