Operational scope targeted patient engagement alongside clinical and administrative collaboration, enabling clinicians and staff to use IBM Connections Cloud in parallel with the patient portal and mobile apps. The deployment emphasized unified access and mobile workflows for care teams and patients, using cloud collaboration services together with Digital Experience delivery to support interaction and content distribution.
Governance and rollout were led by Funatic and included role-based access control and content governance models typical for Collaboration implementations, with configuration of user roles and moderation workflows to separate patient-facing content from internal collaboration.
