Change management followed a committee approval process, AS-IS analyses were produced for proposed changes, and the team acted as a liaison between business and technical owners to route changes through established approval workflows. Operational outcomes recorded by the IT team included identification and automation of manual processes, reduced manual labor through scheduled orchestration, and faster incident resolution via root cause analysis and daily production support routines. AppWorx Workload Automation served as the central Business Process Management engine coordinating MFTs and ETL operations while aligning scheduling governance and production support practices.
