Governance changes included introduction of a platform based operating model and updated process governance to align with Agile practices, coupled with a cybersecurity uplift that delivered a Cybersecurity Strategy, a Risk Management framework and an increase in Essential 8 capabilities to raise security maturity. The program documented coordinated ERP remediation, architecture standardization and security hardening undertaken as part of the Koble ERP implementation.
