In 2017 MeMon implemented ScanSys Invoice processing from vendor Scan Sys as its AP Automation solution for accounts payable. The deployment was executed as part of a coordinated multi-application go live that included Exact Globe, Exact Synergy, Exact WMS, ScanSys and Sumatra, aligning finance and warehouse systems for MeMon BV.
ScanSys Invoice processing was configured to provide invoice capture, OCR-based data extraction, automated validation rules, matching and electronic approval workflows consistent with AP Automation functionality. Configuration work focused on supplier data normalization, invoice validation logic and exception routing to reduce manual invoice handling for the finance team.
Integrations were implemented with Exact Globe, Exact Synergy, Exact WMS and Sumatra to synchronize master data, purchase orders and inventory context, enabling match-based invoice validation and posting into Exact Globe for accounting. The integration footprint covered accounts payable, procurement and warehouse operational touchpoints at MeMon BV in the Netherlands.
BrainSys served as the systems integrator managing testing, cutover sequencing and user acceptance for the coordinated go live. The go live was reported as successful, with satisfied customers and recognition of cross-team execution and delivery.

In 2017 MeMon deployed Exact Synergy from Exact Software as its Document Management platform, initiating a coordinated implementation announced as a go live across multiple Exact products. The deployment was delivered with BrainSys as system integrator and went live concurrently with Exact Globe, Exact WMS, ScanSys and Sumatra.
Exact Synergy was configured to provide document capture, indexing and metadata management, version control and role based access governance consistent with Document Management best practices. Workflow automation was applied to route invoices and purchase orders and to manage warehouse related document lifecycles, aligning document processing with core back office activities.
Integrations were established between Exact Synergy and Exact Globe to link financial documents to ERP master data, between Exact Synergy and Exact WMS to surface warehouse documents in operational flows, and with ScanSys and Sumatra to ingest scanned documents and automate capture. The operational coverage focused on MeMon’s back office and warehouse functions in the Netherlands, supporting finance, procurement and warehouse business functions.
Governance and rollout were executed as a coordinated go live with BrainSys coordinating testing, user acceptance and deployment activities alongside MeMon stakeholders. Configuration controls emphasized role based access control and document retention policies to align operational workflows with corporate governance. The implementation announcement recorded positive stakeholder reception, noting satisfied customers following the go live.
