The project identified opportunities to streamline HRIS processes and practices and applied Core HR aligned data hygiene and configuration adjustments to support cleaner downstream workflows. As part of governance and operational enablement the team produced an HR Administrator process document to clarify required areas and guidelines for ongoing record maintenance and approvals, this document formalized responsibilities for HR administration and data stewardship. Operational scope centered on HR administration and employee recognition readiness, with the emPath HRIS configuration positioned to feed the planned recognition platform. Oracle reporting was used as the primary reporting and validation tool during implementation and data remediation. The effort ensured data integrity for 1600+ employees in preparation for the reward and recognition launch and left a documented process for sustained Core HR operations.
