The deployment targeted the company's centralized payroll and HR operations within the manufacturing organization of approximately 2,584 employees, supporting multi state compliance and benefits workflows, and established Infor Infinium HCM Benefits as the primary Benefits Administration system for corporate and remote sites. Configuration emphasized benefits enrollment, eligibility management, automated deduction processing and benefit plan configuration, reflecting standard Benefits Administration functional modules. Implementation work included eligibility rules, enrollment workflow automation and synchronization of benefit elections into payroll deduction schedules to preserve data integrity between HR and payroll processes. Integrations were executed with the Infinium payroll and general ledger data stores to enable posting of payroll transactions to the general ledger and to consolidate HR payroll and accounting data for operational use. The rollout included coordination of company additions and consolidations into the Infinium Payroll HR GL database, covering HR, payroll, benefits and accounting intersections across multiple business units. Governance and operational ownership rested with Mestek's corporate payroll management, which served as an ERP training resource and maintained Infinium software for Payroll HRIS systems. Mestek designed and implemented application processes to manage similarities and differences across business units, supported multi state payroll tax reporting and compliance, and handled advanced HRIS requests and integrations related to mergers and new company onboardings.
