Governance and operational ownership rested with Mestek's corporate payroll management, which served as an ERP training resource and maintained Infinium software for Payroll HRIS systems. Mestek designed and implemented application processes to manage similarities and differences across business units, supported multi state payroll tax reporting and compliance, and handled advanced HRIS requests and integrations related to mergers and new company onboardings.

Governance and process changes concentrated on supervisory controls for accounts payable, payroll, physical inventory and cycle count procedures, and formalized month end and budget workflows for division and corporate reconciliation. Role responsibilities were mapped to system access and workflow approvals to support the Division Controller in supervising accounting department activities and in preparing budget and operating forecasts. The deployment supports the division level requirements for monthly financial reporting, annual physical inventory supervision and ongoing maintenance of division hardware and software systems, with the Division Controller retaining responsibility for local system upkeep and coordination with corporate IT. Mestek Aptean Made2Manage ERP Manufacturing ERP Finance and Operations integration is structured to sustain job costing accuracy and division reporting obligations.
