Oracle Legacy Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR HCM n/a 2016 2017
In 2016 Metrolinx replaced a legacy HR system by deploying Oracle Cloud HCM (Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud) as its Core HR application; change leadership for the HCM program ran March 2016–June 2017. A dedicated team of four led the people-side change for the corporate-wide Integrate Metrolinx transformation, positioning the cloud HCM rollout as part of a broader Oracle ERP program. The HCM implementation was executed alongside ERP and related application deployments across Procurement and Supply Chain (Oracle EBS), Capital Projects (Oracle Unifier Cloud), Finance and Corporate Accounting (Oracle EBS), Strategic Planning (Oracle Hyperion), and enterprise social collaboration (Microsoft Yammer). Activities focused on developing and executing Change, Communication, and Training strategies and on conducting surveys, workshops, and focus groups to assess organizational and people readiness for the new Core HR platform.

Hexagon Legacy HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) Enterprise Asset Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Metrolinx implemented HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) for Enterprise Asset Management. The initiative established a centralized asset management platform to support infrastructure asset lifecycle and maintenance operations across the organization. HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) was configured to deliver core EAM capabilities including work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, inventory control, and a governed asset register. The deployment leveraged Infor EAM and INV functional components alongside GIS asset mapping and EDRMS connected records management to standardize asset information and maintenance workflows. Integrations were implemented with Oracle Cloud modules to enable cross functional processes, specifically Oracle Cloud HCM, SCM, Financials and Projects as part of the solution landscape. Operational coverage included maintenance, inventory, projects and finance functions, and the program had a delivery presence at Young Street, Toronto, ON Canada. Project governance and rollout were managed under a project manager responsible for Oracle EBS and Cloud Financials, HCM and SCM, Infor, GIS and EDRMS from March 2019 onward. Governance work focused on establishing role based workflows for work order approvals, asset record control and handoffs between maintenance and finance functions.
