Populi Legacy Populi Education ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2020 2020
In 2020, the Archdiocese of Denver implemented Populi as its Education ERP. The deployment surfaced Populi on the Archdiocese website to deliver enrollment and academic information to prospective families and current students, making Populi the visible enrollment front end and the administrative record system for diocesan education programs. Populi was configured to provide core Education ERP capabilities, including student information management, admissions and enrollment workflows, course and grade management, and tuition billing and invoicing. The Archdiocese of Denver centralized student records and standardized registrar and admissions processes within Populi, aligning academic calendars, course catalogs, and grade reporting workflows with institutional policy. Operationally the Populi implementation is integrated with the Archdiocese website to expose enrollment forms and program information while administrative workflows remain in the Populi administrative console. The rollout impacted registrar operations, admissions, finance, and family outreach functions, with governance focused on centralized record management, standardized enrollment processes, and joint ownership of configuration and user provisioning between IT and education leadership.
