| Epicor | Legacy | Epicor ERP 10 | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2022 | 2022 |
In 2022, Mi-Jack implemented Epicor ERP 10 as an ERP Financial application. The rollout was executed as a major upgrade from Epicor 9 to Epicor ERP 10, with a cross-functional resource team transferring, updating, and testing more than 100 internal customizations and reports.
Configuration work focused on core ERP Financial workflows, aligning financial modules such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting with Mi-Jack’s manufacturing cost and service billing processes. Epicor ERP 10 was instrumented to produce consistent data feeds for internal reporting, and the Financial Systems Analyst developed Microsoft PowerBI based reports to distribute financial and operational metrics to five manufacturing facilities and multiple internal departments. Custom report migration and validation were central to the implementation to preserve existing analytics and operational reporting.
Operational integrations documented during the project included connectivity with Salesforce Field Service Lightning following a separate field service migration, with the Financial Systems Analyst acting as primary analyst for Service teams to ensure seamless data flow between Epicor ERP 10 and external systems and reports. The program also coincided with selection and implementation of a computerized maintenance management system used to track maintenance across five main locations at headquarters and two remote operating facilities, providing centralized maintenance data for operations teams. The implementation covered finance and service functions across Mi-Jack’s manufacturing and field service organizations.
Governance centered on analyst led testing cycles, report validation, and a maintained internal process knowledgebase of over 300 process training modules to support go live and post go live adoption. The Financial Systems Analyst retained post upgrade ownership for service team connectivity and ongoing report enhancements to preserve data continuity. The CMMS rollout explicitly resulted in increased operational efficiency in facilities and maintenance tracking.

In 2016, Mi-Jack implemented UKG Pro HCM (ex UltiPro HCM) as its Core HR cloud solution. The deployment targeted Mi-Jack Products, a U.S. industrial crane manufacturer, to centralize HR, payroll and benefits administration and to simplify complex benefits management. The program migrated from Ceridian Dayforce HCM to Ultimate Software’s UltiPro cloud HCM, positioning UKG Pro HCM (ex UltiPro HCM) as the company’s primary Core HR platform.
Configuration emphasized benefits management and payroll functional modules, with workflow automation and reconfigured manager-facing HR processes to reduce administrative burden on front-line managers. Operational scope covered company HR and payroll functions across Mi-Jack’s workforce, enabling HR administrators to centralize benefits workflows and shift transactional tasks away from managers. Governance changes focused on consolidating benefits configuration and standardizing HR workflows, freeing managers to focus more on people than processes as stated in the deployment announcement.

In 2005, Mi-Jack deployed CDK IntelliDealer DMS to support its dealership finance and accounting operations. The rollout targeted core Dealership Management capabilities to centralize accounting workflows across multiple company entities within the organization.
The CDK IntelliDealer DMS installation was configured around financial modules used for general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, monthly financial statement preparation, and internal reporting.
